Spencer Pratt showed off his ugly beard and his unmanageable looking hair as he finished surfing in Malibu yesterday. What is happening to Pratt? Spencer has been acting very strange and obnoxious; He tried to gate-crash the finale party for The Hills which he wasn’t invited but he didn’t stop there.

Spencer tried to gate-crash The Hills’ finale party by donning a grey wig, beard, fake belly and painted-on wrinkles.
Spencer was forced to stay outside the bash at the Roosevelt Hotel in LA.
He yelled, ‘I wasn’t invited, so I’m having my own party with the people on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame!’
Then he tried to crash the LA premiere of Inception right across the road, only to be embarrassingly escorted away by security.
The next day, Spencer was seen snapping pictures of bikini-clads on Malibu beach. He later tweeted, ‘Just shot some amazing film for the micro-budget rated-R beach comedy I’m producing – Tower 69: Beach Patrol, featuring 3D boobs.’
Is Spencer losing it or he’s going too far to get attention? Or is he under the influence of something?
