The waitress who punched Lindsay in the face on her birthday will probably get fired. Last night as Lindsay Lohan ventured out in Los Angeles to celebrate her 24th birthday, she ended up at a club called Voyeur. While there she flirted with the wrong person (rugby player Danny Cipriani), and got a nice punch in the face by a cocktail waitress.

Apparently, Cipriani is the waitress’s ex-boyfriend, but the club owners aren’t feeling much sympathy for the waitress and have decided to let her go.
“Our sources say managers at Voyeur are meeting today to decide the fate of the waitress, but we’re told they’ve pretty much already decided to fire her.”
Um — why wouldn’t they fire her? I’ve known waitresses to get fired for screwing up drink orders, let alone assaulting customers!

Knowing Lindsay she probable deserved it. She thinks shes better thay any one else. She use to be a good actress but i don’t believe it any more
How is it that the guy who puched that hoodrat Snooki from Jersey Shores went to jail and this (female) waitress only loses her job? Put her ass in jail! Women wish to be treated as equals, so treat her as an equal and put her in jail.
What the waitress did was wrong but this is Lindsey Lohan we are talking about….nobody cares for her….I am on TEAM WAITRESS’S side. That was the best bday gift she could have given Lindsey.
Lindsay Lohan needs a lot more than what that waitress did to get her to wake up and smell the coffee. I consider Lohan a spoiled brat, a pig, and sub-human. However, this was the wrong time and place for such an altercation, and, based on the information provided, unless Lohan did something directly to the waitress having nothing to do with the ex-boyfriend, the waitress was clearly in error. Her behavior could very well have put the establishment in line for a law suit (still could be that way) caused by the irresponsible actions of an employee.
She just did what so many people want to do.
She should have kicked Lohan’s a$$.

The title alone is false…First that waitress made a choice and it was to punch Ms. Lohan. She should get fired. This chick go upset because she was talking to ex boyfriend. Some one is hung up, I thought ex boyfriend meant things were over between you and him.
I surprised that Ms. Lohan doesn’t press charges against her.
This waitress was out of line, if it would have been anyone else she would have gotten fired anyway.

i think the waitress should get a raise..lohan is pure trash and shouldnt have even been in the bar in the first place…i think there is more to this than what we are hearing,….there had to be a reason why the wiatress would do that…..my guess is lindsay was doing her trailer park trash talking.
