Bethenny Frankel wants to quit the Real Housewives of New York City. Bethenny is by far the most popular character on The Real Housewives of New York City but says after a particularly grating season 3 she’s done with the Big Apple henhouse. This is ultra surprising, no offense B. Frankel lovers, but she truly is the most famewhore-y out of the crew.
Last season Frankel was the target for a slew of feuds. One between her and her former best friend Jill Zarin (that always seemed a bit contrived) and another with the wacky Kelly Bensimon, that honestly, never really made much sense.
“Last season was scary and painful…It took all of the joy out of it. Frankel — who welcomed daughter Bryn in May with husband Jason Hoppy — tells Us she doesn’t “see any reason to go back. My gut’s saying not to be part of this cast.”
Some source goes on to say that Frankel is most likely bound to a contract that will ensure we see her grinning Cheshire face at some point on the fourth season that will start filming on September 20th.
