Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston have reached a custody agreement. After a second failed engagement, Bristol and Levi‘s lawyers have finally ironed out a custody agreement concerning their toddler son, Tripp. Bristol has primary custody, while Levi is allowed to see Tripp two days out of the week – Wednesday and Saturday.

You’ll be interested to learn that Levi claims $72K a year – not bad, but was expecting a bit more – and neither parent is allowed to bad mouth the other. Of the failed attempt to reconcile romantically, Bristol told RadarOnline.com:
“Perhaps I was naïve but I really thought Levi was ready. This [second engagement] was about doing what was best for Tripp and making us a family.”
