Lindsay Lohan would like an apology from the courts. For what, you may ask? Well, bits and pieces of LiLo‘s rehab stay have been leaked to the press and the latest is that Lindsay isn’t drug addicted and was misdiagnosed as having attention deficit disorder.

She now blames her Adderall prescription for her erratic behavior and think she deserves an apology. Oh SIGH. She is reportedly “exploring” her legal options and feels really knocked around by the court. In fact, LiLo is “fuming.”
So should Judge Revel get out her notepad and draft up a sorry note to Lindsay Lohan? Should Lindsay take legal actions and sue? No, according to a legal professional consulted.
“No judge or prosecutor could be sued under these circumstances, they have absolute immunity,” explained Santa Monica-based Criminal Defense Attorney, Steve Cron. “Judge Revel formulated her opinion of Lindsay based on the information she had at the time from another program. The judge could still be dissatisfied with the report from UCLA and seek independent opinions or insist Lindsay be enrolled in other programs.”
Ah, well. There goes that idea. LiLo should just be relieved she’s almost out and – for the love of God – homegirl should stay out of the spotlight for a long, long time.
