The entire Jersey Shore cast is being sued. This lawsuit has the potential to throw them off of TV, too. But then look what the cast does – they go out and do bodyshots with their bodyguards! I guess they aren’t worried about it.

I bet MTV won’t be too happy when these pictures float out, since the cast is supposed to be on lockdown while filming this season 3.
The MTV show’s entire tangerine tinted cast is being sued for assault by a woman who claims she was scarred after a run-in with the their security guards, the DailyRecord.com reports.
According to court documents, a woman known as J.P. was left with a gaping gash on her chin after four private security guards threw her to the ground following a heated argument between her and cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.
Gee, the bodyguards must not have done shots on her the right way. Do you think the woman has a case or is she just trying to get some money out of MTV now that they have a cash cow with the cast?
