It’s likely Fantasia Barrino will get sued due to her affair with a married man. Fantasia slept with the very married Antwaun Cook for a what’s rumored to be years behind his wife’s back. Now Paula Cook is threatening to slap Fanny with a lawsuit. In North Carolina, one can sue another for “homewrecking.”

As we reported, the stress of all the media attention forced Fantasia into a suicidal tailspin earlier this week. She downed a near lethal amount of sleeping pills and aspirin, before being rushed to the hospital.
However, Fanny may be off the hook if Antwuan can prove he separated from Paula the summer of 2009 like he claims. She told the court it was June of this year, which would make his and Fantasia‘s sex tape evidence that he cheated and she was a willing participant.
Poor Fantasia. We’ll keep you posted on how this pans out.
