Are George Clooney and Elisabetta Canalis ready to walk down the aisle? It seems like George Clooney and his model-actress-escort (?) type haven’t been together that long, but new pictures of her with a bling, diamond ring have everyone wondering if she’s convinced Clooney to take the plunge. Finally.

No such luck. Yet. Clooney‘s rep told the masses the ring on her left ring finger was just a “napkin ring.”
A napkin ring?! Methinks Elisabetta is having a little fun with the paparazzi. She knows exactly what she’s doing.
She recently told the September issue of Italian Vanity Fair:
“I sometimes feel insecure, but if you are loved then you always feel great,” she says. “[George] reassures me all the time. He is very close. I feel more embraced than ever before…there are some people who just don’t want to see me happy.”
Is it just me, or is is there something inherently smug and arrogant about this Elisabetta woman?
