Heidi is not pleased about the situation, if you believe anything she says.
The former couple who are on their way to the divorce court have been spotted together at their holiday home in Costa Rica.
TMZ spotted the couple at the resort over the weekend but Spencer has been quick to set the record straight.
He told People that he was simply bringing the couple’s dogs to Heidi who was staying at the home but added: “[Heidi] thought I was going to leave, but I’m not. I didn’t want to get divorced… I have nothing in Malibu, I’m homeless, I’m nothing without her.”
That sounds a bit like stalking to me….or harassment or something illegal! Isn’t there an automatic restraining order when you file for divorce? Do you think Heidi and Spencer are really splitting?
