#5385472 CEO of West Coast Choppers Jesse James headed to the Orange County Family Court house again on July 13, 2010 to battle it out with his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder over the custody rights for their 7-year-old daughter Sunny James. The bitter custody battle has become an issue once again by Jesseâs big moving plans. Jesse decided to take his life and children to Austin, Texas, which would make it difficult for Janine to visit and be apart of to their daughterâs life. Janine Lindemulder arrived at court with her mother in a very casual outfit, which showed off her many tattoos, even one on her right arm with their daughters name. Janine was in line before Jesse who watched her from the behind as she made faces at the cameras and chatted with the media.
