Kanye West will be allowed to perform at the VMAs. It was just last year that Kanye had the microphone stealing incident with Taylor Swift…and his subsequent backlash. The two will be back in the same theater this fall…what will happen?

Taylor got a lot of support over the incident and Kanye went in to hiding.
After months of backlash from his impromptu outburst, MTV has opened their arms and is hailing his forthcoming performance as a “triumphant return,” during which West will likely perform a selection from his as-yet-untitled November album. The news will be a surprise to many who ideally would expect MTV to punish West for last year’s debacle.
No time out for Kanye, I suppose, because he made the VMAs one of the most talked about shows last year. I guess you can get away with bad behavior when you drive ratings up! Do you think Kanye should apologize from the stage to Taylor?
