Kate Major dropped her assualt charges against Michael Lohan. Michael Lohan was charged with beating his Kate a few weeks back after a drunken argument about God knows what. Lohan has a history of being abusive with the women in his life, so this really came as no shock.

In a surprising turn of events, Kate Major asked the judge to throw out the charges this morning in court. Huh? Why? The judge obliged, so Michael Lohan left the court room with a clean record (from this incident). She told reporters outside the court room:
“I have personal reasons as to why I dropped the charges. I’m fine with the outcome and just want to move on with my life. I don’t want anymore negativity in my life, but I wish Michael all the best in the future.”
She said the two haven’t reconciled and aren’t getting back together. Very odd. Perhaps she was lying? Michael paid her off?
