First we have speaking in tongues, and now we have an item about how Russell and Mrs. Perry have a little e-mail tit and tat going on.

Which – to be honest – is better then the religious family ousting turning their backs on her for dating such a former drug addict/sex addict.
“They really didn’t know about him,” Perry says. “They give people the benefit of the doubt and it’s up to the person to mess it up.”But over time, Perry says her mom grew close to the 35-year-old comedian — maybe a little too close!
“He’s very charming with them and he has an ongoing on email love with my mom and she loves it,” Perry laughs. “She flirts with him, which is totally inappropriate and I tell him to stop.”
Can we say Mrs. Robinson? Yet, Brand is a full 10 years older then Katy Perry so it’s entirely possible he’s right in the middle of mother and daughter. Not literally. I hope.
