Lindsay Lohan’s judge has officially quit the case. Judge Marsha Revel was the no nonsense judge who looked past each one of LiLo‘s teary attempts at freedom and threw her in the slammer. While Revel voluntarily left the case, those working close with Lindsay and all of her legal team say she was in trouble with Lohan‘s lawyers.

Apparently, Revel went behind the lawyer’s back and consulted several sources without letting the court know. This is a big no-no, and LiLo‘s team were none too pleased.
“We’re told among the prosecutor’s complaints — Judge Revel spoke with Morningside reps at least twice, medical experts at least twice, and Robert Shapiro in chambers without the lawyers being notified in advance.”
Judge Elden Fox has been appointed as the stand-in judge in a few months when Lindsay is released from rehab.
