Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva were BOTH cleared in child custody case. Huh? So does this mean the incident never happened and Mel never hit her? Not necessarily, it just can’t be proven.

Mel and Oksana have both been testifying, bringing out experts, witnesses and proof that they are fit parents.
“The people that play a key role in Lucia’s life have already been interviewed, and barring any bombshell developments from the remaining people that are going to be dealt with, the case will be closed, with no action being taken against Mel or Oksana,” the insider added.
Mel and Oksana have been extensively interviewed by Department of Children and Family Services after the two accused of child abuse against each other. The allegations of abuse against Mel and Oksana, however, have not been substantiated by what officials have uncovered so far.
I can’t keep it straight who is nuts in this case anymore…too much he said, she said, pictures, tapes leaking…what do you think is really behind this case now? Money?

There is very little “he said” but a whole lot of “she said”. In fact, it seems she just can’t stop talking even though she was ordered to by a judge. I smell desperation.
