Mel B – aka Melanie Brown – and Stephen Belafonte’s marriage is rumored to be on the rocks. So, what does any couple do when their publicist wants to spin the story? They go out for dinner and get photographed! Madonna did it, Paul McCartney did it….Mel B did it.

Now, lots of other couples have done it as well and are still married, so this really could be a rumor.
Belafonte is alleged to have personally phoned a journalist at Britain’s Sunday Mirror last week (beg23Aug10) to tell him the couple’s union is over and that Brown plans to return to Britain without him.
Brown has remained silent over the report, ignoring the issue on her Twitter.com blog and declining to release a statement clarifying her position.
It’s kind of like where there’s smoke…is the fire to come? Mel hasn’t been married that long to Stephen…but still. They do look good together. Do you think they are covering a split?

mel b should come back to the U.K. she dated better guys over here then since she has been to the states…..We also love her lots here so really hope she comes back and does some stuff on telly over here…
