It’s very likely Paris Hilton will do time for her cocaine posession charge. Paris was charged with possessing .8 grams of cocaine late Friday night and is trying her hardest to convince Nevada that the drugs aren’t hers. She told the cops she thought the cocaine was gum and then that the purse she was holding wasn’t hers (likely story Paris).

Unfortunately for her, it seems like Paris Hilton isn’t going to be able to get off as easily in Las Vegas as she did last month in South Africa. District Attorney David Roger likes to play hardball and is none too happy about celebutards like Hilton and their antics.
“Roger won’t tolerate celebrities coming to Las Vegas and thinking they can get away with illegal behavior…It’s going to be extremely difficult for Paris to get out of these charges, even with the brilliant legal skills of her lawyer, David Chesnoff…“This is a high profile case, right before a very important election, and it’s very likely that there will be no plea bargaining down of these charges.”
That said, it’s likely Paris will spend some time behind bars for the cocaine she thought was gum in a purse she says isn’t hers. That’s the breaks.

She used that excuse last time. So did Lindsay Lohan. Can’t Paris learn from her mistakes? Hellllo! If she’s just fess up she’d serve a lot less time. It’s called plea bargaining.
I heard she’s just getting probation. That’s probably more likely. I swear that girl has a Teflon coating. Charges just won’t stick.
