Snooki isn’t allowed to trademark her name. Our effervescent little Snooks has gotten quite the bloated ego in the past year, and is so arrogant these days that she feels entitled to trademarking her name. She and The Situation must be conducting business meetings between Jaeger shots.

Anyway, no such luck for Snooks. The reason? A 2004 book called, ‘The Adventures of Snooky.’ The “Snooky” in question is a tabby cat who gets thrown overbaord on a canoe trip (eek!).
Well, not all hope is lost — those close the case say Snooki will most likely be able to trademark her name for entertainment purposes and appearances.
