Stephaie Pratt hasn’t spoken to Spencer Pratt in a year. Stephanie says in September it will be one year since her and her brother talked…hmmm, that’s about the time he jumped on the crazy ship, isn’t it? Didn’t they see each other at the finale? Oh yeah, Spencer was banned from it!

Stephanie doesn’t say exactly why she quit talking to him, she just has the date.
“In September it will be a year [since we've spoken],” she said Friday at the two- year anniversary party of Palazzo Las Vegas’s Lavo. “It’s getting more normal and more normal.”
Though she says she’ll be there for Spencer whenever the time comes to talk, Stephanie, 24, doesn’t appear to be itching to dial his number, saying it’s “his choice” that the two don’t communicate.
