Ashton Kutcher is not denying the latest cheating story. The last time that Star Magazine said Ashton cheated on wife Demi Moore, both Ashton and Demi took to their Twitter accounts to claim bologna. That was only a couple weeks ago.

So why are they both so quiet now and send a lawyer out to release a statement instead? Is there some truth to the story?
Kutcher quickly took to Twitter to refute that report (which Star has refused to retract).
“I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees,” he wrote. “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.”
Moore, 47, Twittered him back, “Excellent point my love!”
That was after the first story, now the lawyer just says the magazine prints lies and will continue to print lies. Not really a denial, but not really asking for a retraction either. Do you think Ashton slept around?
