David Beckham is definitely suing InTouch over the hooker story. Last week we learned that David Beckham may have cheated on his wife of 11 years with some $10K a night hooker. Of course he denied it all but is also taking it one step further by suing the magazine.

Yesterday he filed a suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
David Beckham is quoted as saying the story is “ridiculous” and claims he never had an illicit affair with Irma Nici, the hooker in question.
No doubt the claims were probably very hurtful to the couple. The hooker claims Beckham slammed Victoria‘s body and wanted a threesome.
