Ashton Kutcher took to his Twitter to shoot down a story saying he cheated in Star magazine. Star magazine this week has an eye-witness account of Ashton hanging out in Hollywood with a bevy of blondes. The magazine goes on to say he left with one and made out with her in a dark hallway.

It took approximately 2.5 minutes for Ashton and Demi to respond via Twitter. Ashton wrote
STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind “freedom of the press” when you are writing fiction.
I think Star magazine calling me a “cheater” qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.
Of course, Demi was a cheerleader to this kind of talk and rah-rahed this kind of talk. So does this mean the Kutcher‘s are going take Star to court?
