P. Diddy is being sued for $12 million. P. Diddy has a very angry ex-employee suing the pants off him this week. A 51-year-old former employee of Diddy‘s was fired after being laid-up with hip surgery. The woman, Francesca Spero, has a sinking suspicion, however, that she was canned due to her age.

Spero says she was replaced with a woman much younger who “lacked her skill set.” According to her lawyer, Spero made Diddy.:
“Francesca Spero opened the door for Combs’ career and, now that she’s 51, he showed her the door at Bad Boy…he allegedly said she earned too much money for “someone who could no longer keep up with his fast-paced lifestyle” and fired her.”
Yet, the caveat? Spero also underwent treatment for addiciton to alcohol and opiates in 2008. Hm. What do you think? Is suffering a hip injury and not being able to keep up the lifestyle reason for dismissal or should he have given her another shot?
