Heidi Montag shares too much information about her implants. Heidi shared via Twitter what she does in order to keep her new implants soft. And it involves massages…no wonder why Spencer won’t leave her alone.

Spencer is down in Costa Rica still, and their divorce in in question. Heidi said Spencer wouldn’t leave, Spencer wants counseling, friends say it is a fake divorce.
“Giving my self a soft tissue breast massage,” Montag, 23, tweeted. “Ladies, we have to keep those implants soft.”
Hours earlier, the Hills veteran warned fans about pain caused by yet another one of her 12 cosmetic procedures.
“Warning: to anyone who is thinking about getting their ears pinned, I learned after the fact it is the most painful surgery a person can get,” she wrote.
Well, should we be happy that she is being honest or smack her in the head and say duh! Would you ever get plastic surgery done?
