Justin Bieber almost got himself arrested after pelting a cop with a water balloon. The Biebs was causing mischief with a slew of kids when he got the bright idea to toss a water balloon at police officer after his concert in Maryland this week.

The balloon hit the cop below-the-belt, leaving him adequately soiled, and had the officer ready to slap some handcuffs on the singer, reports SocialiteLife.com.
Thankfully (or not!), Justin Bieber‘s bodyguard smoothed things over (with a $100? Autographed glossy?) and the Biebs only got a stern warning and a brow beating from the copper who described the incident as “inappropriate.”
