Katy Perry’s cleavage makes an appearance on….Sesame Street? Katy gets to do an episode where she does a remake of her Hot & Cold song with Elmo! However, in the video where she chases Elmo, she shows a bit of boobage.

Elmo changes his mind about playing dress up, so Katy chases him over Sesame Street…it’s really quite clever. But is her outfit appropriate for preschoolers?
Dressed in a rather low-cut green dress and a veil – perhaps in reference to her upcoming nuptials – the lyrics were changed so that Elmo and Perry sang about opposites.
The 25-year-old singer pulled a series of over-the-top facial expressions as she asked the puppet if he wanted to play and watched him speed off.

I think it is colorful. Not sure if a four year old is looking at color or skin…or maybe just Elmo. What do you think?
