Kelly Osbourne, once a size 14, is now barely a size 2! Kelly proudly tells US magazine “I’m smaller than a sample size!”

Kelly tells the rag that she didn’t cut corners when trying to achieve her ideal weight: ”There is no secret. It’s the old-fashioned way of making a commitment to yourself and waking up every day and doing it.”

Kelly’s weekly workout regime includes three weekly hourlong workouts, and 30-minute treadmill sessions.

As for junk foods? No way.. Instead of snacking on her favorite Mrs. Field’s cookies, Kelly now prefers turkey burgers, salads, and even craves carrots!

“I don’t eat junk food. I don’t have it in my house anymore,” she says. “I’m more inclined to go for a bag of carrots now than a bag of chips. I never thought I would turn into that girl, but I have!”
