Kim Kardashian would have plastic surgery after kids. Now, since Kim just had some Botox procedures go wrong, you think she would shy away from any type of procedure…I guess not.

But, Kim has a few things to think about before having kids…like finding a man to have them with!

She is seen on the show getting Botox but said she isn’t keen on having it done a second time.
Kardashian added: ‘It was awful. I wanted to try it and, just turning 30, I am freaking out a little bit. It really wasn’t for me.
So how does Kim know plastic surgery will be for her either? It’s a lot more complicated going under the knife for a procedure than one injection of Botox! Would you go under the knife after kids?
