Lady Gaga ulterior motives with the Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell support? Lady Gaga spoke at a rally yesterday, dressed in a schoolgirl outfit, and got the fans excited. Did the fans hear the message Gaga was trying to get out or did they just want to get close to their idol?

Gaga brought a few of the supporters as her guests last week to the VMA Awards as well. Do you think she really cares about the policy or it is getting her free PR and a huge fan base in the gay and lesbian community?
Gaga urged her fans last week to lobby their representatives to change the law, which requires gay and lesbian military personnel to serve so long as they remain closeted.
Taking the stage in a suit and tie and large glasses, the gay-friendly chanteuse intoned,
“To the senate, to Americans, to [Republican Senators] Olympia Snowe [and] Susan Collins, both of Maine, and Sen. Scott Brown of Massachusetts. Equality is the prime rib of America. Equality is the prime rib of what we stand for as a nation. And I don’t get to enjoy the greatest cut of meat my country has to offer. Are you listening?”
Ugh. More meat references. Do you think she cares or is trying for the gay and lesbian community as fans?
