Lindsay Lohan headed back to jail! As we reported earlier, LiLo was led away from a Beverly Hills courtroom in handcuffs this afternoon and taken back to jail, where she is expected to spend almost a month until her next hearing on October 22nd.

If you have been living in the cave or not reading our blog, you might have missed the fact that LiLo has violated her probation terms by failing a random drug test. Judge Elden Fox denied her bail; the October 22 hearing would decide whether LiLo has indeed violated terms of her probation on a 2007 conviction for drink-driving and cocaine possession.
Sigh! Is this what it takes for LiLo to learn. She has already spent a couple weeks in jail back in August and 22 days in rehab for violating her probation for the same charge.
Oh and of course, drama king didn’t miss the opportunity.. her estranged dad, Michael Lohan was at the court house. He talked to reporters and said he was angry with the judge’s decision.
“My daughter’s in jail. I’d rather be in jail rather than my daughter today,” he said.
Yada, yada, yada. Perhaps they should swap Lindsay & Michael, you think? No hard feelings, Michael, it’s Friday and we’re just being silly. Anyway, we wish Lindsay the best of luck getting through this.
