Lindsay Lohan was released from jail after only 15 hours. Yesterday morning Lindsay was ordered back to jail after violating her probation when she tested positive for cocaine. We posted a lovely mug shot for all to see.

However, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley appealed the jail sentence claiming that under California law Lindsay was entitled to bail. Holley was granted her wish and LiLo was released on $300, 000 bail.
Lindsay is now required to wear a SCRAM bracelet (AGAIN!) and is ordered to stay away from places that sell alcohol. Honestly, the SRAM bracelet just seems like a waste of resources, but if that’s how they’re choosing to keep her on an electric leash, then so be it.
