Michael Lohan’s next move is to file a conservatorship over Lindsay’s money and estate. Lindsay Lohan – who has found herself in rehab for the fifth time - may leave the Orange County facility and come back to a very different reality.

Taking a page out of Papa Spears‘ book, if Michael Lohan gets his way a third party will obtain a conservatorship to make sure that whatever is left of Lindsay’s money – and the money she’s set to make – doesn’t get frittered away on Robertson Blvd. Daddy Lohan means business too. He wants to make sure Dina and manager Lou Taylor don’t get control. He told Radar:
“You bet your ass I’m filing a conservatorship. I just signed the retainer with an attorney. I consulted one because I wanted to know what my options were if Dina and Lou Taylor file one. My attorney told me my best bet was to file one first to avoid any problems.”
Michael wants to make sure Dina and Lou stay away from Lindsay’s wealth because, as he puts it, “they’re in it for themselves.”
