They are in Paris shooting their upcoming film, “LOL: Laughing Out Loud.” Cyrus needs to turn 18 asap, at least by then hopefully there won’t be so much criticism of how and why she needs to dress more conservatively. I would shut my mouth and let you be the judge, do you think Cyrus is growing up too fast?
