David Beckham is definitely suing InTouch over the hooker story. Last week we learned that David Beckham may have cheated on his wife of 11 years with some $10K a night hooker. Of course he denied it all but is also taking it one step further by suing the magazine.

Yesterday he filed a suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging libel, slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Word on the street is that there will be more Ashton Kutcher cheating rumors. The past few weeks have not been kind to Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher. Star magazine ran two explosive stories about how Ashton cheated on Demi with some 21-year-old star crazed fan.

While the couple seem to be shrugging off the rumors and both denied via tweets that the story was true, sources close to the pair say this is just the tip of the iceberg.
Lindsay Lohan was released from jail after only 15 hours. Yesterday morning Lindsay was ordered back to jail after violating her probation when she tested positive for cocaine. We posted a lovely mug shot for all to see.

However, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley appealed the jail sentence claiming that under California law Lindsay was entitled to bail. Holley was granted her wish and LiLo was released on $300, 000 bail.
Will Justin Timberlake earn an Oscar in his upcoming movie The Social Network? Word on the street is that JT’s performance as Sean Parker – mastermind behind Napster and then Facebook – is so strong and convincing that he might be able to add another award to his mantle.
