Paris Hilton and Cy Waits are involved in a potential hit and run case. It happened last night once Paris left Boa Restaurant with her sister. Cy was no where in the photographs, so he must have went out the back door. But Paris and Cy were in the same vehicle that ran over a photographer’s leg.
