Kim Kardashian explained why she isn’t a troublemaker. Kim says she isn’t like other starlets her age who keep getting in trouble with drugs, alcohol and the law is because she has to be responsible. Shouldn’t everybody HAVE to be responsible?

Samantha Ronson is in a criminal investigation over her dog attack. Her bulldog Cadillac mauled and killed a neighbor’s three pound dog over the weekend. The dog had some biting priors to that incident, so it is very likely animal services will want Cadillac.

Lindsay Lohan might have been banned from the Machete premiere. There was an excuse tossed out that Lindsay wasn’t going because of another reason, but now we find out producers might not have wanted her there.
