Russell smacked a photographer after he allegedly put a camera up Katy Perry’s dress. Russell was arrested, but now he might really pay.
“A charge of battery could result in a conviction for an aggravated felony. Any kind of criminal conviction can lead to a visa being revoked,” the Daily Star quoted a source from US Citizen and Immigration Services as telling the Mirror.
“If a visa is revoked, the person will then be placed in deportation proceedings and this could lead to them being asked to leave the country and not return,” added the source.
Nuts. I hope none of this happens until after the wedding of him and Katy! That would be kind of awkward if it was supposed to be in the US huh. Sorry folks, changing venues to another continent! Do you think Russell will get off the charges?
