The Situation could get sued over his new i-phone application. The Situation unveiled his tacky i-phone app last week and already a young woman from New Jersey is threatening to sue him. Apparently, a feature of his app – Grenade Dodger – uses real picture of “trollish” women from the bar scene.

One woman noticed that her likeness was being used and wants to collect a slice of the Sitch’s purported $5 million. According to the report, the company funding The Situation‘s application sent photographers out to clubs to take pictures of girls who rank at about a 3 or 4.
In order to keep the application as “authentic” as possible, they didn’t bother to mangle the faces at all. Aw.
“While the girls did know their photos were being taken, they were unaware they were about to become official grenades,” a source told RadarOnline.com. ”It came as a complete surprise and at least one of them is now considering her legal options.
Personally, I hope she wins and collects from him! How insensitive and terrible.
