Spencer Pratt is getting sued by Karissa Shannon over sex tape. The sex tape some people are claiming does’t exist suddenly got new life. Why would Karissa hire attorneys if there wasn’t a tape made and if it wasn’t stolen?

Spencer really must have it in his hands then and Karissa seems just as worried as Heidi Montag is over its release.
Spencer Pratt may be in possession of a sex tape after all — one that doesn’t feature himself — because Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon is threatening to sue Pratt over some private XXX footage he allegedly stole from her home.
Karissa’s lawyer fired off a letter to Spencer — claiming that he is in possession of footage that was “taken from [Karissa]” and “contains private materials” featuring herself and boyfriend Sam Jones.
Wait a minute – boyfriend? I thought Heidi was in this tape? What’s going on with this sex tape…I’m confused. Do you think Spencer has a tape of Heidi and Karissa?
