Charlie Sheen is going directly to…rehab. It seems that Charlie can’t stay away from the Promises Treatment Center for too long…or look what happens! When Charlie was released from the NY hospital, sources say that Two and a Half Men execs had a private plane ready to get Charlie home.

After a wild trip to New York, complete with hooker, cocaine and a trip to the hospital, Charlie Sheen is heading back to rehab, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Sheen is planning to go back to Promises, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.
“Charlie is going back to rehab,” the source told RadarOnline.com. “That’s his plan right now. He knows he has to do something.”
Did this relapse surprise you? It did me, because I guess he was doing so much better. I guess good actors are good in all things…
