Christina Aguilera has a Prenup
Christina Aguilera and her husband, Jordan Bratman have a prenup! So chill! We have just reported that Aguilera has filed for divorce from Jordan and according to the divorce papers, there is a PRENUP!
According to the divorce docs, there is a prenup. The divorce petition asks that “Earnings and accumulations of [Aguilera] before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation” be considered separate property.
What else?
The petition also asks to terminate Bratman’s ability to get child support. Aguilera is seeking joint physical and legal custody of their child, Max, who is 2.
Another romance bits the dust! Sigh.
