Courteney Cox and David Arquette don’t have a prenuptial agreement. Whoops! Looks like Court might have to part with some of her hard-earned Friends money if she isn’t careful. When the two wed 11 years ago they didn’t bother to sign a prenuptial agreement, which means David could pocket as much as $50 million.
While Courteney‘s exact wealth is unknown, its rumored to be somewhere in the $100 million range due to all the highly profitable Friends reruns.
David, however, isn’t intent on divorce and would very much like to work things out with Court. In fact, he went on the Howard Stern Show this morning and told the world he cried after having sex with Jasmine Waltz?
Why?
Because it didn’t have the “emotional” resonance of Courteney. Aw.
