Tila Tequila very much wanted an injunction to bar the release of a sex tape and was shot down by an L.A. County Superior Court Judge. Ha! It looks like Tila’s bad behavior and horrid reputation has earned her a less then sympathetic response from an L.A. judge who was asked to protect her from an ex distributing a sex tape.
As we all know, Tila was the star of a steamy sex tape with an ex that was shot 7 years ago. The ex has threatened to release a homemade video and when Tila sought help from a judge and just laughed and said: “Tila exploits her sexuality.”

The judge shot it down because Tila obviously agreed to shoot the tape and have it released. This girl will do anything to keep her name in the media.
