Kanye West said that investing in him is like investing in art. Kanye West gave the kind of crazy cakes interview he’s known for to London’s Mirror this week and WOW did we miss Kanye‘s ego! He fluttered from one subject to the next (music, movies, fashion) not wasting any time fluffing himself up in the process.
Among the many things he said, Kanye West referred to the Taylor Swift incident as something he’s “over” and no seems a bit peeved that she never reached out to him.
He also viewed Lindsay Lohan‘s brief stint as creative director at Ungaro as the 9/11 of fashion (OUCH) and mused about one day working with George Lucas creating a movie about yellow people with beeks.
“With the passing of Michael Jackson, I feel a responsibility to bring things to our generation that can inspire and bring real culture to pop culture. I don’t sleep any more thinking how we are going to fill this gap, and create something to inspire on the level he did…Investing in me is like investing in art. I’m like a tree, I feed the branches of the people.”
