Kim Kardashian refused a $1 million dollar cake. I got a brief case of naseau when I read earlier this week that Kim Kardashian would enjoy a million dollar diamond-encrusted birthday cake. A million dollars! For a birthday cake!
Thankfully, there’s still a shred of dignity left within the Kardashian clan because Kim turned down the offer and told the bakery she thought spending that kind of money on a cake is absurd.
“First of all, this is the first I’ve heard about this, and I would never allow anyone to spend that much money on a cake. Making a million dollar birthday cake is just ridiculous!” she wrote. “I’d rather they give me a cupcake and donate the rest of the money to the homeless!”
I for one am incredibly proud of Kim! Somebody like Mariah Carey or Jennifer Lopez would have accepted the cake with open arms.
