Everyone Loves Snooki
Snooki, the 4 feet 9 pint-sized reality star is loved by a lot of fans! Jersey Shore’s Nicole Polizzi aka Snooki was at a promotional mall appearance at a mall in New Jersey and her fans were there squealing her name “Snooki.”
“She reminds me of my sisters and me,” said a fan, an Englewood 17-year-old, who posed with her 3-year-old niece, Cathy, for a photo with Snooki. “But we’re not as crazy and wild as she is.”
When Snooki walked onstage Saturday near the carousel at Westfield Garden State Plaza, wearing a red checkered mini dress and plenty of bling, more than 100 fans squealed “Snooki!” and held up their camera phones. A lucky few who won a Virgin Mobile-sponsored texting contest got the chance to meet Snooki, get an autograph and sit for a photo.
“I think she’s so cute,” said Bergenfield 17-year-old Karen Pavon as she held a signed picture. “She’s very funny. And she’s the nicest one.”
What does Snooki have to say about her popularity? “I think I’m the most relatable,” she said, sitting in a mall office. “Everything that happens to me could happen to everybody else – my ex-boyfriends, fights with other girls, getting drunk and getting into trouble.”
Snooki has signed a book deal and has a line of slippers so this really isn’t a 15-minute of fame.
