Mariah Carey confirms her pregnancy and also admits she suffered a miscarriage. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are indeed expecting their first child this spring. Carey told the world during an interview with Billy Bush where Nick Cannon joined and the two discussed her miscarriage early on in the marriage.
Carey says that right after the two wed in 2008 she suffered a miscarriage.
“It’s been a long journey. It’s been tough because I’ve been trying to hold on to a shred of privacy…It kind of shook us both and took us into a place that was really dark and difficult,” she said. “When that happened… I wasn’t able to even talk to anybody about it. That was not easy.”
As we reported, the duo are rumored to be having a boy. Do you think this will be a Hello Kitty kind of a birth? Can you imagine all the attention Carey will shower on that child? Good lord – and the outfits!
