Michael Douglas Looking Frail
Michael Douglas was out in New York, even though he looked frail. Michael has dropped a lot of weight but seemed in good spirits when he was caught out walking in the city. Being able to walk and even smiling surely is a good sign for Michael’s health.
Michael is still getting treatments for throat cancer. He has lost weight, but that’s probably to be epected any time you can hardly eat. From People Magazine:
Contrary to published reports, Douglas has not changed his will since undergoing treatment for throat cancer, and he isn’t saying goodbye to loved ones, his longtime publicist and friend Allen Burry tells PEOPLE.
“Michael is totally focused on his recovery,” says Burry.
Burry acknowledges that the radiation and chemotherapy have taken a toll on the actor, who recently finished eight weeks of treatment for a walnut-sized tumor at the base of his tongue.
Well that is great news for Michael’s fans. And friends. And loved ones. Why do reports always make it try and sound worse than it really is? Good luck Michael!!
