Michael Lohan got SLASHED
Michael Lohan was attacked last night outside his Santa Monica home. The alleged suspect slashed Michael’s neck. Lohan claims he received a threatening phone call and went out for cigarettes shortly after the call, that’s when the attack occurred.
Sources tell TMZ that Mike explained to police when he went to open his car door, he was jumped from behind. We’re told the suspect, whom Michael says is in his 50s or 60s, began choking him and had some kind of sharp object which he used to slice Michael’s neck. Michael says the knife penetrated his skin and caused substantial bleeding.
Lindsay Lohan NO JAIL TIME
Lindsay Lohan DOES NOT go back to JAIL! Lindsay is ordered to stay in rehab by the judge! LiLo has to remain in rehab until January 3rd! Everyone close to Lindsay is happy and shocked with the decision. Most people thought LiLo was 100% jail-bound.
Sources close to Dina Lohan tell TMZ … Lindsay’s mother was shocked when she heard the judge order LiLo to rehab … because even Dina thought Lindsay was 100% jail-bound. We’re told Dina and her other children are all “beyond excited” that Lindsay will be able to get the help she wants at Betty Ford … because “everyone thought she would be sentenced to jail for 30 days.”
Paris Hilton took her dogs out shopping for Halloween Costumes. Oh, and she took her boyfriend Cy Waits too. But it doesn’t appear there was going to be costumes for the dogs because…well, they showed up at Trashy Lingerie. Not too many dog choices there!

Scott Disick helped Kourtney Kardashian out for once. Really. Kourtney was struggling with walking across a cobbled street in New York when Scott decided to be a gentleman and scoop her up. Makes for getting across the road much easier.

Lindsay Lohan might get a big jail sentence today. Apparently, officials who handle probation violations weren’t impressed that Lindsay checked in to rehab as soon as she had a dirty test. I guess they’ve seen that all before, huh?
