The newly separated David Arquette looks amazingly happy at the Spike TV’s “Scream 2010″ held at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles , California October 16th, last Saturday. Arquette despite being freshly split from Courteney Cox, he looks very happy as he promotes Scream 4 with his castmates, Neve Campbell, Emma Roberts, etc.
David did skip the red carpet and avoided press interviews; his estranged wife Courteney who also stars in Scream 4 was a no show.
